The IBC silicone bottom heater is used for efficient and powerful heating of IBC container goods.

The bottom heater is ideally suited for heating viscous or semi-solid products and facilitates emptying from a container with minimal product loss.

For example, the 2700 W bottom heater can heat the water of a fully loaded IBC container from 15 °C to 70 °C in less than 40 hours. If faster heating is required, we recommend the additional use of an IBC insulating jacket.

Kuhlmann silicone floor heaters are created from high-quality silicone materials with a long service life that can easily withstand the weight of a fully loaded IBC container. The floor heaters fit a wide range of IBC containers including IBC containers from Schütz, GNX, Mauser, Werit and Greif.

The installation and operation of the Silikone floor heaters is simple: Remove the IBC container from the IBC frame and place the heater in the bottom of the frame. Place the container on the floor heater, fill the container and it is ready for heating. Therefore, the heater is also ideal for heating and maintaining the temperature when transporting the IBC container.

The IBC silicone floor heater can be equipped with an adjustable digital control device for reliable and precise temperature control.
